  Friendly staff and good product, but I find the mechanics are all to sloppy in their work. After two oil changes I have had to raise the car up on ramps and screw the plastic belly pan on properly because they did't and it was falling off. Also the engine guard that covers the engine was tightened down by them and the last time I had the oil changed he said he could not get one of the nuts off so he just pried the cover up and changed the filter, not happy with that kind of service. I have had some good service by them and some that I am not pleased with. I find it necessary to remind them to cover my seat as well to avoid grease and dirt that I have to cleanup later. So it seems that the shop could use a pep talk daily to remind them that they are serving the public and being paid to do so. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience with VIP Houlton.

  Went in because my windshield wipers weren't working. They got me in right away and Bryan did the work on my car. He came out and showed me the part that was broken and had it fixed in half an hour. The work was very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again!

  My windshield wipers weren't working and thought I needed a new motor. Staff could have simply sold me one but, instead, inquired what I was experiencing. They asked if they could take a look and sure enough they discovered an ice buildup underneath the plastic piece at the base of my windshield. Thank you!
