    As for the service, I will find out when I finally get to see someone. The receptionist said I wasn't the first in this situation and that she would report the issue to the higher ups. We shall see.

    Their posted information is very misleading. It is not a normal walk-in urgent care facility. Walk-ins are only seen during specific hours. I was not told when I asked on the phone nor when I checked on-line with their website. This may seem like a minor complaint but important when traveling. I would have adjusted my plans if I had known.
