  (Not a scam, I brought this to the attention of the company and was told they would look into it and nothing was done) disgusted with Scot and the team he works with. Not only was nothing done, now they claim they never worked with me and my wife!

  Horrible experience with Becky Day here. She was my buyer's agent and it felt like she was working against me the whole time. Lack of communication, too lazy to come out to the property, and I had to do everything myself. She told me she had appointments and couldn't manage my closing on the day from the contract. Totally unprofessional and just not a decent person.

  I had the unfortunate experience of working with Scot Walker. He showed my wife and I a few homes that we were definitely interested in, he came off very strange though. When we got home my wife brought up him making some very sexual comments to her, and made her feel extremely uncomfortable having him around our children. To say the least I am extremely angry about the experience with First Choice Real Estate. I would never do business with this company, and especially Scot Walker. What a creep

  Actually I was worried about how could I be able to sell my property in a best possible manner. It will be a great thing to have that kind of service; they are among the best one property for sale services providers in Houlton. Love to have that kind of service.

  Scot Walker emailed me two times to try and prove a point to me after asking him to stop unless it was an emergency. I had already told him I was no longer interested because of an issue in communication. The issue revolved around a posting saying "septic on site" - I pointed that out to him three times before he finally said there was no septic. He then changed the listing to say "private, septic needed on site", and basically told me that it never said the latter. The first two times he told me I could build a septic on site, but totally ignored the fact that I was asking about existing septic. He also claims to have made no edits to the listing whatsoever regarding this issue. Fair enough, but I am writing this review because I now feel harassed seeing as to how I asked for no more communication, and he emailed me two more separate times. Once to say I was basically lying about what the posting said, and once to try and be cocky. He even wrote "Make sense?" in the email. This man is shady, and I would never trust him. Anymore communication from him is and will be considered harassment.
